June Long Weekend

We’re pleased to see the lifting of NSW regional travel restrictions from June 1st and gearing up to welcome visitors to Nundle on the June 6th-8th Long Weekend. 

Settle in for a day, or three, at Nundle and Hanging Rock this Long Weekend with wood fires, comfort food, boutique shopping, and spectacular countryside.

Nundle Woollen Mill 10am-4pm, 7 days.
Odgers and McClelland Exchange Stores, Nundle Weekdays by appointment. June 5th-8th 10am-4pm.
Sacs On Jenkins Sat-Sun 10am-2.30.
Nundle District Craft Shop June 5th-8th 10am-3pm. Social distancing in place.
Peel Inn Hotel accommodation bookings, takeaway 5-7pm and from 3pm Fridays. Dine in nightly & Sat-Sun 12 noon-2pm. Bookings preferred.
Mount Misery Gold Mine Cafe & Guesthouse Open June 5th-9th 9am-3pm.
The Drunken Trout Cafe  lunch 12 noon or 1.15pm Sun-Mon june 7th-8th. Bookings only. Regret no farm tours or fishing.
Fossickers Tourist Park from June 1st 8am-6pm 7 days.
Jenkins Street Guesthouse accommodation bookings & Sat takeaway window 9.30-11.30am.
Nundle Friendly Grocer 8am-5pm 7 days. June 6th-8th 8am-4pm.

Sheba Dams: Explore the walking track around Sheba Dams. Light a campfire and brew some billy tea or toast marshmallows. BYO kindling and firewood.

Hanging Rock Lookout: Cook a BBQ lunch at the Log Cabin Picnic Area then enjoy the vista of the Peel Valley from Hanging Rock Lookout.

Rug up and venture outside strolling Nundle’s Riverside Walk, or playing on the architect-designed $120K Nundle Playground at Captain Cook Park
