Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm is nestled in the hills of Hanging Rock, a 20 minute spectacular drive from Nundle. Producing some of Australia’s finest medal winning trout, we are proud of our Champion Trout Award from The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show (2017).
Utilising additional capacity in our new smokehouse, we are now licensed to produce other meats in our plant. We sell these under the NUNDLE SMOKEHOSE label.
