Offers great coffee, snacks crafts and wool. Excellent friendly staff. Clean tidy and well presented. A place not to miss when you visit Nundle. Great souvenirs to purchase.

Had a scenic drive from Tamworth to the pretty village of Nundle. Drove further on to Hanging Rock, beautiful mountain views. By this time we were hungry and looked for somewhere in Nundle to have lunch. Being a week day and not tourist season not a lot of businesses open. We chose to eat here and had a very fresh toasted sandwich, lovely coffee and a couple of slices of lemon meringue slice, which were delicious. Very cheerful staff and a very interesting place to visit. A lot of history about the mine.

The cafe was very interesting with lots of memorbilia around. We had delicious toasted sandwiches with generous fillings. Their coffee and sweets worth a return visit.

We quickly ducked in the rent some gold panning equipment, even though the cafe was busy they spent the time telling us how to use the pans and where to go. Was nice to get some good old country friendliness.
