Tamworth Country Music Festival at Nundle
Come January 17-26, 2025 our normally quiet town of Nundle will become a fringe event of the 53rd Tamworth Country Music Festival with more than 50 acts at three venues. The DAG Sheep Station and The Peel Inn continue to present an exceptional program across the 10-day festival. Magpie Johnston from Dashville music events has organised three days (and nights) of live music for Nundle Rocks at Nundle Memorial Hall, back by popular demand after the inaugural 2024 event. See the Official Guide for detailed programs and the venues’ and Nundle NSW socials for updates. You can even preview Nundle Rocks 2025 on Spotify.
Whether you’re staying in Nundle or planning a day trip, this is an opportunity to experience the Tamworth Country Music Festival on an intimate scale, and, importantly in January, generally four degrees cooler with the Peel River, Nundle Pool, Sheba Dams and Chaffey Dam nearby for swimming.
This is a Country Music Festival experience like no other, small scale, friendly and easy. Artists like Luke O’Shea, Kevin Bennet, and The Re-Mains are Nundle regulars.
So much is within walking distance including popular independent small businesses, cafes, and accommodation.
Country At The DAG ticketed shows include a sit down meal or nibbles box, and table seating in air conditioned comfort. For details visit www.thedag.com.au
Table bookings are recommended for The Peel Inn gigs. Meals and refreshments available, telephone 02 6769 3377.
