Utilising additional capacity after installing a new smoke oven, we set about creating a range of air-dried and smoked meats. Products include beef, chicken, duck, venison and emu. Several of our lines have earned Gold, Silver and Bronze medals from the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and the Royal Hobart Food Awards.
