Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm is nestled in the hills of Hanging Rock, a 20 minute spectacular drive from Nundle. Established in the mid-eighties, the farm now produces about 10% of NSW’s trout.
Utilising additional capacity NUNDLE SMOKEHOUSE was established in 2014 and now produces multi award winning products including beef, poultry, venison.
The Drunken Trout Café was built in 2019 to enhance our tourism experience. – SEE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS.
Opening hours
Mondays to Fridays 10:00am to 2:00pm – except for some holidays
sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm – serving lunches from 12:00 (bookings essential)

Allow 1.5 hours. Tour includes a guided tour of the hatchery and fish culture operations, tea or coffee, behind the scenes video and a tasting plate. ($25pp, children under 12 $10pp)
